Calibration+ provides valuable support for alternative process printing by enabling precise tone control in the creation of digital negatives.

For example, in the cyanotype process, achieving accurate halftones and contrast can be challenging. Calibration+ assists in producing more balanced prints with improved darkness, whiteness, and halftone gradations through the design of tailored correction curves.

To use Calibration+, generate a reference chart directly on your device. Then, utilize your preferred image processing software—such as Adobe Photoshop™, GIMP, Affinity Photo™, or Lightroom™—to create your digital negative. Invert, flip, and print as usual.

Next, photograph the printed reference. Calibration+ analyzes this image to compute the necessary adjustment curves within your software, ensuring optimal reproduction for your specific process.
